Emulsion Paint

Emulsion paint, also known as synthetic resin emulsion coating, is a kind of organic coating.
The water paint is confected by adding pigment, fillers and various accessory ingredients into synthetic resin emulsion.
According to different raw materials, there are polyvinyl acetate emulsion paint, vinyl acetate-acrylic latex paint, pure acrylic latex paint, and styrene acrylic latex paint, etc.
According to different applicable places, emulsion paint can be divided into indoor emulsion paint and exterior emulsion paint.
According to their luster effect, emulsion paint fall into lusterless paint, mat paint, and semigloss paint.

2. Exterior emulsion paint
2.1 Mercerizing paint is an ideal exterior wall decorative material for use in hotels, apartments, residential buildings, temples, office buildings, commercial buildings, and tourist attractions, etc.
2.2 Gloss paint can be used to decorate the exterior wall of high grade hotels, apartments, temples, residential buildings, villas, and office buildings, and so on.
2.3 High gloss paint is a kind of exterior wall paint specially designed for cement based wall surface.

3. Other Special Varnish
3.1 High elastic paint has strong anti-contamination property and washability, good water resistance and moisture resistance. Besides, it is antibacterial, and is resistant to mildew and alkali. The wall paint is a kind of high grade exterior wall finishing material.

Common Problems during the Construction
1. There are cracks on the wall surface.
If the wall is GRC light partition wall, glass wool cloth or kraft paper is needed to glue to the seam crossing to prevent it from cracking. If the wall is load bearing wall or dead wall, maybe the reason for its cracking is that the putty on the wall is too thick or that the putty is still yet.
2. The color on the wall surface differs.
In this case, you should first cover the different and uneven colors through applying putty or painting a layer of primer on the wall. To avoid the color difference, you should utilize the same materials.
3. The wall has a rough surface.
The reason for this may be that the substrate is rough, that there is sand or sundries in brush, or that the operating environment is not clean. So you can take corresponding measures to avoid the phenomenon.
4. The wall surface will delaminate if the substrate is extremely smooth or there is oil stain on it.
Hence, you should brush the substrate with steel brush and then make the substrate clean. The oil stain can be cleaned out by using solvent.
