Application
For slurry textile surface coating for printing.
The textile coating printing PU resin is used in the pre-preparation stage of sizing, taking place of polyvinyl alcohol resin. It is also applicable for the high-speed, high-pressure and common sizing machine. At the same time, this water-based PU resin can meet the need of producing polyester, cotton, viscose muslin, twill etc. with or without shuttle or by air jet machine. Slurry made of BYD-1005 has a very good thermal stability and easy desizing property. It helps the yarn and the slurry film to keep integral form. High quality and qualification rate of the sizing is achieved by using of BYD-1005 PU resin.
Storage
The shelf life is 12 months if the textile coating printing PU resin is kept in shade and out of sunlight at a temperature from 2℃-25℃
