As a high-tech and environmentally-friendly product, BYD-1008 Water-based PU Resin offers good resistance to high temperature (120°C anti after-tack), alkali and alcohol solvent. It also has properties like anti-scratch, anti-bending, anti-yellowing, good adhesion, smooth surface, no static, great abrasion resistance and water resistance. This water-based PU resin is fit for use in industry coating and the polish of high-grade coating surface.

Application Technology
1 In order to meet the requirements of practical application, it can make slight readjustment with moderate wetting agent, antifoaming agent and flow agent before using BYD-1008 Water-based PU Resin.
2 Coat with roller (Coating weight: about 2-8g/㎡, based on different equipment and application technology.)
3 The viscosity suitable for machine: 15-20 seconds (coat 4 cups), according to coating process and requirement.
4 Drying temperature: 60-100℃, suitable machine speed: 50-80m/min, based on different equipment and application technology.
5 The base material can be different kinds of industrial base material and materials with good flexibility.

Attention
1 The Water-based PU Resin's viscosity can be adjusted according to application technology, for example, it can be diluted by deionized water and thickened by associative water thickeners.
2 The product belongs to water-based anionic type, so please don't add acidic or cationic chemicals if you want to add other color pastes and additives.
3 The rotational speed must not exceed 800r.p.m if it needs to be mixed.

Package: 25k/125kg/200kg Plastic Drum.
Storage: BYD-1008 Water-based PU Resin should be stored in a cool and ventilated store, with closed container.
Storage time: 1 year.
