Characteristics
The film of the product has a good fullness and anti-weather resistance properties. Film is tack free under the high temperature. No crack under the low temperature. It also has very good anti-scrub property and good flexibility. It adopted nano technology and is easy to operate with the coverage of about 26-30㎡/kg. BYD1014 wood paint PU resin is non toxic and hard to burn. It can be stored under -15℃, and five times of freezing and thawing has no influence on the product properties.

Application
BYD1014 wood paint PU resin is a kind of water-based PU dispersion agent and is the film forming material in the water-based wood paint, industrial paint, paint on leather and metal, which can offer decoration, protection functions and ensure the shelf life of the products.

Preparation
Use water-based additive to prepare water-based paint, use deionized water as diluent.

Usage
Use 90% percent of the BYD1014 wood paint PU resin and then add about 3% film-forming auxiliary and few water-based auxiliary agents (such as anti foaming agent, leveling agent and wetting agent to make the product into high gloss paint, semi matt paint, mat paint and primer). All of the auxiliary materials above should be water-based and can be compatible with BYD1014. They have to be dispersed according to the requirements. The total dosage must be controlled within 4%.

Notice
If the wood paint PU resin is on the skin accidently, please immediately wash it with clear water or with soap.

Safety
BYD1014 wood paint PU resin is water-based and nontoxic and non-dangerous product. Dispersion agent and film are not easy to burn.

Storage
The shelf life is 12 months if the product is kept in shade at a temperature from 5℃-30℃. The wood paint PU resin is suitable for road, railway, shipping and air transportation. Please avoid sunlight, rain and soaking and prevent the product from falling down. Handle the package carefully and don't put products outside of the container into it again.
