BYD1016 glass paint PU resin is a high-tech product developed based on our years of research. Compared to the imported resin products, it has the same quality but lower price, so it can be used to replace the imported products. It belongs to the fatty group, and paint film is not easy to turn yellow.

The glass paint PU resin is produced from the raw material from America and Germany, and is manufactured using advanced equipment and special techniques.

Main Applications and Characteristics
The PU resin is mainly used in water-based industrial paint, water-based wooden paint, glass paint, leather varnish. It can protect, decorate and prolong the service life of the base materials. The finished products offer good paint film fullness, scratch resistance, and are long lasting, non-toxic, not easy to burn and turn yellow.

Method of Application: Spray Coating, Brush Coating, Dip-Coating
Use over 90% of BYD1016 glass paint PU resin and then add 3% film-forming auxiliary, moderate dosage of water and few water-based auxiliary agents (such as water-based anti-foaming agent, flow agent, wetting agent to make the product into high gloss paint, semi-gloss paint, mat paint and primer). All of auxiliary agents must be water-based and can be compatible with BYD1016 resin. They have to be dispersed according to the requirements. The total dosage must be controlled within 4%.

Storage: The shelf life is 12 months if the glass paint PU resin is kept out of sunlight at a temperature from 2℃-25℃
