Acrylic emulsion can be used to make polymer cement mortar. It can not only function as the lubricant in mixing of cement with other aggregates, but also make them firmly glue to each other.

Polymer cement mortar can be applied to enhance the anticorrosion property, the resistance to infiltration and the frost resisting property of steel structural cencrete of various constructions, such as bridges and highways and so on.

5. Its tensile strength is 2 times of that of ordinary cement.
