Zinc Stearate
Zinc stearate is a kind of zinc soap that repels water. The zinc stearate powder will not dissolve in alcohol, ether and other polar solvents. However, when it is heated, it can solve in benzene, chlorinated hydrocarbons and other aromatic hydrocarbons.
Among all metal soaps, zinc stearate powder is the most powerful mold release agent. It has a hydrophobic effect and contains no electrolyte.

Alkyd Resin
Alkyd resin is a kind of oil modified polyester resin, the condensation polymer of polyalcohol, phthalic anhydride, and fatty acid or fatty acid triglyceride.
According to the number and structure of double bond in the fatty acid or oil, alkyd resin fall into drying alkyd resin, semidrying alkyd resin and nondrying alkyd resin.
According to the content of fatty acid or phthalic anhydride, alkyd resin can be divided into short oil alkyd resin, medium oil alkyd resin, long oil alkyd resin, and extra long oil alkyd resin.
Acrylic Emulsion
Acrylic emulsion can be used to make polymer cement mortar. It can not only function as the lubricant in mixing of cement with other aggregates, but also make them firmly glue to each other.

Rosin Resin
Rosin resin is a kind of dimerized resin which has light color, high softening point, high viscosity, and good oxidation resistance. It will not crystallize in liquid state or in solution.
There are conjugated double bonds and carboxyl active group in rosin resin acid. This makes the rosin resin acid very active. Hence, the utility of rosin resins can be improved via chemical reaction, such as oxidation reaction, isomulization, disproportionate, hydrogenation, addition reaction, polymerization reaction, esterification, alcoholization, salification, decarboxylic reaction, and ammonolysis reaction and so on.
